Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Harlo is the author of A Haunting Before I Do, a supernatural thriller that asks the question no one wants answered at their own wedding. The sequel, The Static, is coming soon — because apparently one haunting wasn’t enough.
When not writing, Harlo can be found watching the wildlife along a tidal creek in West Ashley, drinking an unreasonable amount of coffee, and being supervised by a cat named Jolene who has very strong opinions about the revision process. None of it would be possible without an incredibly supportive and inspiring wife who somehow remains enthusiastic about hearing yet another plot problem over dinner.
